WARWICK HOTELS & RESORTS SIGNS TWO FIVE-STAR HOTELS IN ALMATY, MARKING ENTRY INTO CENTRAL ASIA

Warwick Hotels & Resorts is proud to announce a landmark milestone in its storied global expansion: the signing of two five-star hotel projects in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in partnership with leading local investment group iHolding. This agreement marks a key step in Warwick’s expansion into Central Asia.
Both will be located within KAZ Riviera Resorts, an International Entertainment and Tourism Destination comprising international hotels, a Raceworld Village, Fashion City, casinos, high-end restaurants, office space, a water park, private villas, a spa, and a wide range of lifestyle amenities.
The signing ceremony, held on April 23, brought together the senior leadership of both organisations in a celebration of shared ambition. Warwick Hotels & Resorts was represented by Sébastien Sausse, Vice President and Director of Business Development EMEA, and Ghassan El Hindi, Chief Operating Officer, MENA Region; iHolding by Alain Khouiry, Chairman, and Aman Akhmad, Chief Executive Officer.

Construction is set to commence within the next two months, a testament to both partners’ shared drive and determination to bring this vision to life with momentum. The project carries the full support of the Kazakhstani government: the Governor of Kazakhstan personally welcomed the Warwick delegation and recognised the group’s dual role as both a premier hotel operator and a committed investor in the country’s flourishing hospitality sector.
